Please join me in praying for and/or sending out positive thoughts on behalf of my good friend Rebecca, who is once again in her second home, which is the Philadelphia Children's Hospital. It's been a few days since I've heard from here, so I'm starting to be concerned.

Rebecca, if you can hear me, I'm praying and sending good thoughts your way! Hang in there!

  1. I hope you hear from her soon. Sending light and love.

  2. It's ok! I'm fine! I'm home! I got home late Tuesday night, after my surgery. We rushed home so I could vote, and then Wednesday and Thursday I mostly spent sleeping (because aparently pressing buttons is the most exhausting thing ever). I have an e-mail in draft to you that's sort of long, but generally speaking I'm fine. I am so sorry. I was explaining stuff in e-mail and I didn't realize. I should have left you a message here...

I'm just so glad that you're home, and that you got to vote! The right to vote is something that entirely too many people take for granted. I'm so glad you were able to do this. There has to be something extra powerful about your first voting experience being in a presidential election. Regardless of how you vote or for whom you vote, it's so important. mainly, though, I'm just glad you're out of the hospital.
