I'll make an appointment to talk with him if he doesn't ask to talk to me. I'll give himthe opportunity to ask to talk to me first, though, as my complaints would be even more legit if I were offeing them as a response rather than unsolicited.

Rottweiler female dog was supposed to work daytime today, but another psych was called in on her day off. I don't know what that was about -- she doesn't, either -- but I'm hoping it's administrtive leave pending investigation.
She should have been investigated more thoroughly the time she indirectly accused me of lying about all sorts of things. The woman's got more than a few loose screws IMHO.AlexisARhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09797016673203467911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6485729541580426717.post-30519533798958542972010-12-12T18:02:40.232-08:002010-12-12T18:02:40.232-08:00I'm not among your fsns. I'm just writing to tell you that even I agree your dad was out of line.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6485729541580426717.post-25550368098415948352010-12-12T16:11:51.492-08:002010-12-12T16:11:51.492-08:00Well, I can tell you a story. I might have told yo...Well, I can tell you a story. I might have told you this before. That's part of the joy of getting old. Retelling the same stories over and over. But, anyway...

Years ago, I undertook some psychometric tests. The results upset the person overseeing the tests. Why? Because he could not believe the results. But, as the tests are always right, the results must be right.

My maths ability was well below average. However (and this is what he couldn't come to terms with) my ability to problem solve was way above average.

"But without a good maths ability, that can't be right. But it must be. It seems that you have the ability to solve problems based on what is, really, insufficient data!"

Also, over the years you notice a lot of stuff and also realise that there are certain types of behaviour that people keep repeating.

I think that you should tell the powers that be what she did. Try something along the lines of: "I am sorry that I upset xxxxx so much so that she threatened to have me committed to the secure ward. I am sorry that she felt it necessary to admit to hating me. But this was because she was aware that I was upset that my father had let me down twice, and I was further upset when she promised to take me to the beach for a run but wasn't able to stand by her promise. I hope she wont get into trouble for not manning the desk like she should. But, she probably wont, as she never does, when it's her turn."Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17774822085901274565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6485729541580426717.post-13278116572804938492010-12-12T13:31:11.241-08:002010-12-12T13:31:11.241-08:00Matt, you are so incredibly profound and so on the...Matt, you are so incredibly profound and so on the mark.

Regarding the psychologist, she is in some sort of trouble. The part about her asying she hated me refusing to take me to the beach after saying she would, and saying I was being transferred to the full-blown straitjacket ward isn't even known to the powers that be, but they know that I got out, and they're not blaming me.

My dad will eventually see the light and apologize after my mom gets through with him, but not before totally screwing up my weekend.AlexisARhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09797016673203467911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6485729541580426717.post-4253908886175190562010-12-12T04:12:10.920-08:002010-12-12T04:12:10.920-08:00That psychologist seems to have issues.

It's amazing how people can, often in an instant, blame YOU for something they did.

Punishing someone for their own transgressions is such fun. It means they never have to feel guilty about what they do.

Your father may be doing something in an allied field, let's call it 'reverse justification.'

"It was wrong of me to let Alexis down. However, it was VERY wrong of Alexis to sneak out like she did. That was MUCH worse than what I did! Alexis must learn to behave better! In fact, that was probably why I did not turn up twice, in order to teach her a lesson! Yes, THAT was it! Alexis must learn that... blah... blah... blah... drone... etc., etc..."Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17774822085901274565noreply@blogger.com
